Emergency Greenhouse Programme

Haiti has 0 hectares of realistically accessible land due to the ongoing tenure and security crisis. Instead of open-field farming, this plan deploys 500 ha of protected agriculture on urban and peri-urban plots.

Conservative estimate uses $35/tCO2e — actual prices may be higher as A/R (afforestation/reforestation) credits are scarce and in growing demand.
